Un reconeixement m\u00e9s que evident quan coneixem la seva hist\u00f2ria i, sobretot, quan presenciem la difer\u00e8ncia en el treball i m\u00e8todes de cocci\u00f3 i elaboraci\u00f3 dels seus productes, amb el pop com a principal protagonista.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proc\u00e9s de pesca<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant els&nbsp;<strong>processos de pesca<\/strong>&nbsp;dels pops, se seleccionen un per un, amb l&#8217;objectiu de comprovar si compleixen les qualitats que es busquen.
